Strutt & Parker was founded in 1885 by Mr Strutt and Mr Parker and has evolved into a modern business leading the field in the commercial, residential and rural property markets. S&P are not just estate agents, the other specialisms within the organisation include commercial property, land management, farming, development, planning, leisure and hotels, building surveying and sporting venues.
Strutt and Parker comissioned Forme UK to design an extensive remodelling of their existing premises in Hill Street, Mayfair in London. The building is located in a conservation area and involved careful negotiation with planning authorities with regard to sensitive interior remodelling which involved joined a listed building to an existing building. The new interior reflects Strutt and Parkers vision to be pervceived as a contemporary organisation with a modern outlook, whist still being involved in the sales and marketing of high end residential and commercial property. The project involved a re- branding exercise and a new website.
