In 2019, Forme UK was commissioned by Lazari Investments to design and monitor the fit-out of Level 3 at 50 Pall Mall. We developed a CAT-A proposal and provided a CAT-B concept for marketing purposes, complete with CGI visuals, to attract potential tenants.

Our project scope also encompassed a full redesign and refurbishment of the reception lobby, which featured modifications to the entrance, new joinery throughout, and the installation of a crystal pendant feature, bespoke artwork, and contemporary furniture.

In 2021, after successful discussions with Arjun Infrastructure, Forme UK had the opportunity to translate the concept marketing proposals into a detailed design package tailored to Arjun's distinct requirements.

The interior design scheme incorporated a unique joinery spine feature, which allowed vistas into the main open plan area while preserving privacy. This covered essential office functions such as reception seating, storage, printing, and breakout areas. The floor layout comprised of conference and meeting rooms facing onto Pall Mall, with open plan desking strategically placed at the centre of the floor plate.
