The British Deputy High Commission moved from Maker Chambers in Mumbai, to a new ‘developer’ building at Bandra Kurla complex in 2008.
Forme UK’s role involved interior design concept development of all areas within the newly developed building with staff briefing and liaison, assessment selection and procurement of furniture products, space planning and ordering and snagging of furniture installation.
The project involved regular trips to India. Whilst in the country benchmark visits were undertaken to local manufacturers to assess local furniture product for inclusion within the furniture packages.
