A unique collaboration between Forme UK and Architects Marks Barfield Associates has provided Lazari Investments Ltd with a superbly refurbished 73,000 Sq ft of prime West End office space and a bespoke fit-out for the tenant.
A new atrium, situated over the original service yard, now provides a physical internal link between the original 1904 and 1936 addition across the first, second, third and fourth floors. The atrium design provides a bright and airy workspace at the heart of the building to encourage social interaction and offer a unique gathering environment.

The cladding of the atrium consists of a frameless double glazed system that functions as a 'veil' adding a degree of privacy for views in and out. This is achieved through an interstitial fabric within the glass to create a degree of shade. The glazing is a modern high-quality system and appears distinct from the existing brick elevations bringing out the character of the existing buildings.
